    The Defenders would be a solid option in my opinion. I've found that they stay quiet as they wear as opposed to many cheaper tires that get noisy as they age. I have an 8 year old set of Defenders on my Civic that are still very quiet.

    I use Collenite 845 about once a year and then use a spray wax as a drying aid/topper during every wash. Car always beads like crazy.

    I think ceramic coating is a little overrated. People act like the car is invincible after being coated and that couldn't be farther from the truth. I'd just wax the car for essentially nothing.
