I have used cheaperhondaparts.com many times without issues. But for fluids I would go to the dealer. Although I get 25% off at the Honda dealer with our auto body shop discount.
The Defenders would be a solid option in my opinion. I've found that they stay quiet as they wear as opposed to many cheaper tires that get noisy as they age.
I have an 8 year old set of Defenders on my Civic that are still very quiet.

I think ceramic coating is a little overrated. People act like the car is invincible after being coated and that couldn't be farther from the truth. I'd just wax the car for essentially nothing.
