I shot one way back in the 80's it was a hoot! Great concept.

I have used the Bosch above along with a mix of other brands. I could never tell the difference between them but I'm not out on the race track or hauling heavy loads up and down mountains. It would be interesting to see if there is really any difference between brands.

At the Lansing Delta Township plant there will be thousands of cars waiting at the rail head for weeks then in a couple days almost everything will be gone. It's a feast and famine thing when it comes to rail cars. :-)

Last year I used Crisco on the pole to keep the tree rats off. Worked pretty good and it was non toxic.

Filter is super easy to change. Since I will have a lot of space in the back I was thinking of bringing my backup filter and socket with me.

There always seems to be more debris on the right side of the outside lane. I've always thought that parts wear out quicker on the right side. Brakes, bearings, steering & suspension components. But that might just might be me.

Top Tier Diesel isn't really a thing other than Costco fuel and I am not a Costco member so that is out of the picture. Oh, I just changed the oil in the truck yesterday to HPLs custom blended 5W30 Dexos D oil with a MicroGard Select filter so I'll have some data on that soon.

Are you running some type of ad blocker? Sometimes ad blockers come with bloated Antivirus that comes preinstalled with computers.

Valvoline makes a great product and it's hard to argue against an OEM filter for the feel goods. You could spend a lot more money on high end oil & filters but in the end I don't know if it would make that much difference.
