Valve clearance check while you had it open? I had exhaust a bit snug on cylinder 1...the remainder were fine. Mine looked similar to yours...I was going by the Maintenance Minder at 15%...which was at about 7500-9500 miles. 122,418 miles.

5 quart sumps are commonplace, and I've read discussions where the recommendation was substitution of one of the typical 5 quarts with 1 quart of EC, which would be a 20% concentration. Based upon those discussions, using a higher reasoning power than what a typical fourth-grader might possess...
