    Sealey sg18?

Never saw one before. But I can assume that the screw under the trigger is a trigger stop. The shorter it is, the more air goes to the nozzel, the longer it is the less air goes to the nozzel.

    Foundation slab corner crack repair

Looks like a fine job to me. My only question would be "what made it crack?". It appears to me that two factors might be at work here. 1) Thermal expansion, which would push the bricks on top out . 2) Excessive load on that corner. #2 I don't think you can do anything about. Your repair should...

2001 Cadillac Northstar and Valvoline Restore and Protect

I'd say that would be a perfect oil for a Northstar. Oil VII's wern't really up to the task of the high piston heat when those were being produced, so yeah, coked up ring packs. Annual oil changes would be my suggestion, but you could actaully go two years without an issue. Don't forget the WOT...

Best way to dehumidify this crawlspace / basement (to remove damp smell)?

Don't forget to check your local requirements on Radon systems. Most require the outlet to be 3 feet or mare above the roofline.

Started engine with no coolant after timing belt/water pump job

It's not the bearing that he's worried about, but the seal itself. If it's like most seals, and it most likely is, it will be carbon on ceramic. In either case, the seal should be fine for that short period of running dry. The ceramic is hard, and the carbon part is inherently a lubricant. Fill...

Best way to dehumidify this crawlspace / basement (to remove damp smell)?

The basement in my last house had a radon system, and the PVC pipes ran UNDER the vapor barrier plastic. It worked well, kept out the moisture and the radon without overcooling the area in winter. On that note, I don't see any ventilation in that space. Mine had those grill/screened vents with...

All the reports say interest in Tesla fading, pictures tell a different story

They're probably only interested to see that the cars THEY make are so much better than Teslas! Or how to steal the technology.

    Latest scams out there

Oh, it gets better. Now with AI voice, you can get a call from someone that sounds EXACTLY as a relative that ask you for money under some sort of false pretense. Such as "Please, I'm in jail and need bail money". My neighbor fell for that one in an email scam, but now it can be the actual voice!
