Just got off the phone with the manager. Miscommunication on there part. When would I like to schedule my Toyota Care oil change service before 25K or 8/17/2025. Not to complicated.

Not worth the hassle. Still hoping to get 5 quarts of Toyota 0W16. They can keep there OEM filter. Time will tell.

I am not disagreeing with anybody that they did the 25K service.

I erased it but had an email from the dealership I bought the vehicle stating -- you have a 2nd oil change due at 24months or before 25K.

They only did my 10K service.

I asked for my 2nd Toyota Care service. Like I asked for my first 10K Toyota Care service... I have -- 2 years/24 months or up to 25K miles for this second service under Toyota Care.

I really wanted documented was my whole intention and getting the tires rotated. They did fine on the 1OK service.

The advisor needs trained better. When you spend 40 some grand on a brand new vehicle. You would "hope" they understand the Toyota Care "completely." Just glad I climbed under and looked.

Take my 2023 Rav4 Hybrid XSE that I bought brand new -- delivery 8/17/2023 into dealership for Toyota Care. The Rav4 had 24,438 miles as I pulled into the bay. Notice on my way home that the paperwork does not clarify oil change but it does have tire rotation marked and billed. So I come home...

Pleats look straight, never had any issues running Fram TG filters over several decades now.

Didn't know these filters were manufactured in Brazil. Bought off Amazon last week.

Lets see a picture of the new Honda Accord Hybrid. Run any quality 0W20 -- PUP/M1 ESP/QSUP/etc.... Dont lose any sleep on it.
