Unless things have changed in the last year, the blue filters aren't even a thing anymore. They have been replaced by Indonesian made Tokyo Rokis. The number for the longer ones is 15208AA21A. I am not sure the shorter version number.

It’s just as good as anything else in the same category really, just a normal full synthetic. Idemitsu is a huge company and the OE supplier for many oils for Japanese vehicles. I’ve used it in our Subaru with good success and would again without a second thought.
