All good points. Many motorcycles over 100,000 miles on Rotella and going strong. Never heard of one with a clutch failure that was claimed to be premature. Way too many variables with respect to clutch life and oil will play such a small part IMO.

It's good to have positive discussion and not get undies in a bundle. Millions of motorcycles and hundreds of millions of miles over decades and decades have shown otherwise even in the modern era using Rotella. Imo, real world experience and results show saying Rotella may cause problems...

I run it for 5,000 miles in my motorcycle, 1200 cc inline 4. Works great, numerous UOA's in the motorcycle section. TBN after 5,000 MI was in the 6's so different lab, different samples means little.
