I had a similar experience with the AC Delco battery in one of my cars. Was about 7-8 years old before it gave up in the cold winter. It took a lot of abuse over the years.

I've never known anyone with a Jeep with less than 100k miles and didn't have either a leaking transmission or a leaking engine. But, hey - At least you could proudly have it wear a bumper sticker: "It's a Jeep thing!"

I think that it's pretty safe to say that the shelf life of G-Oil is the same as any other oil.

Never had any problems with mine. I had one of the first cars with it for about 10 years until I traded it in.

My AAP has this as well. I've been seeing it for about two years. I think it is a growing trend in some stores. It even has some filters that they don't sell on it.

Interesting. I know that Fram / Champ get a bad rap around here, but it is very commendable that they stood by their product and are willing to step up in the repair expense.
