It's the brand of oil DUCATI recommend in the owners manuals now days.
It comes in 10w-40 like they used to recommend in the manuals and it would be good for your climate, and it's also available as a 15w-50 like...

But yeah, all in all, you don't need to be concerned with JASO MA since it's dry clutch.
Ducati recommends: "Use only oil with high detergent power, certified as equivalent or...
Hello! As I live in Europe, (Norway) I don`t have acess to the same oils at you guys in the US. I did my first oil change last week, and put in synthetic motorcycle oil from old habit. My last bike had wet clutch.
But then I began to think....this bike has a dry clutch.
The oil I put in is API...
A thought crossed my mind. Todays CNC-controlled lathes and milling centres accelerate their carriages very fast, and a phenomenon called stick-slip has become more known.
Common slideway oils list as one of their features that they prevent stick-slip.

Hello all, thanks for the replies!
Mekonomen??? Hmm, maybe I should pay them a visit, I usually go to Biltema instead of Mekonomen, but that sounds interesting.

Another vote for the red block Volvos. I`ve heard that they have larger surface area on their main bearings than a Chevy 350.
Also, the Mopar slant six: I knowabout a guy here in Norway who drove a 69 Barracuda 1 000 000 kms. He used is as his regular car until the mid 80-s, then he used it as...
Hello all. Been lurking around here for a while, but thought it was time to register and ask a question.
See, my 'problem' is that I live in Norway.
Being a small, sparsely populated country, the mc dealers have little competition, and they sell their MC oils (Motul, etc) at extremely high...
