Nah, no difference. I originally added it due to some blue smoke on startup after the truck had sat for awhile. Still blowing a little blue smoke even with the restore. Buddy swore by the stuff on his Ford E-250 with the 5.4 engine.
Oil was in the vehicle for approximately 18 months. Had added 16oz can of Restore. Oil filter was a Napa Gold and air filter is K&N. Most recent oil change was done using SuperTech 10w30 conventional and a Motorcraft oil filter. Thank you.
Car is only driven four miles a day, maybe 3-4 times a week, and rarely ever reaches operating temperature. Did a 600 mile round trip in December. Oil had been in the vehicle approximately 18 months. Oil filter was a Wix 57047XP and the air filter is a GPAuto from Amazon that was changed in...
First UOA I've done in years and first to post to the board. Vehicle has always consumed coolant since the day we drove it brand new off the showroom floor. Glad to see the coolant isn't making its way into the oil. Vehicle is driven approximately 90 miles a day in a mix of stop'n'go traffic and...

What transmission fluid are you running? My GF's Escape had hard & hesitant shifting whenever I used any brand fluid other than Valvoline MaxLife. Even the Motorcraft stuff wouldn't help. I also added a can of Seafoam Transtune and it shifts like butter now. If you were having misfire issues, a...
Smog guy here: CARB & BAR have rolled out a newer smog check system beginning this year. OBD-II equipped vehicles will no longer need to be run on the dyno with the sniffer. The new system plugs into the OBD-II port and the smog tech will do a visual under the hood. Apparently it is much more...
Thank you everyone for the replies. I am looking more into SimpliSafe now thanks to your suggestions. Much appreciated for pointing me in that directioN!

We'd love to get a dog, but we are gone most weekends and from 6am-7pm weekdays for work and don't feel we could properly care for it when we would rarely be home.
