I would definitely email them. Once they get on a particular rejected rebate, they seem to come around to the idea that it is in fact valid. At least that's what their emails indicate. We'll see when the rebate checks start coming in.

Yeah, and hope that we stop emailing them and just decide $10 isn't worth it. Its one thing to be unexpectedly swamped with rebate submissions--its another to blatantly deny people for being late, when the rebate period hasn't even closed yet.

I just got the same email. I sent in two separate rebate submissions already, both obviously submitted before the Aug 31 deadline.

Too late to edit. The fact that the Arizonians only got me 1/3 of the warrantied mileage on my Sienna doesn't by itself mean that it is a cruddy tire. I only got 20-25K on Cooper CS5 Grand Touring set, which had an 80K mile warranty. My minivan plows through tires.

I have adopted the habit, when I am buying oil that I only want if I can get the rebate, of putting the receipt in an envelope & taping it to the jug. If they deny the rebate, the oil goes back on my next trip to the store. Don't ask me why I started doing this.
