The 2.5 sub filters absolutely sucked to change, and had to be cold or you'd burn your hand off. Not a fan of the 5.7 ram pickups over the last 10-15 years the oil filters right above the steering rack. GM 4.3's weren't the greatest either

Work fleet has a 2010 and 2015 with the 5.7, they've had it in a dumb spot for years. Why they thought right above the steering rack is beyond me.
