Modern cars with non-radial donut spare tires. What was the last car to have a bias ply spare?

My old Diplomat had FR78-15s, which converted to a 205/75, so a G would be 215. H would be 225.

I no longer have the car, but I'm 99% sure my '21 Kia Rio had a bias-ply spare, and the one shown as a replacement for the '23 is also a bias.

    Douglas and kelly

You wouldn't be hurting yourself with the Douglases. I put a set on Dad's Dodge after he retired and they've worn every bit as well as the OEM-spec Kumhos that came off of it. He drives the car 1-2x a week.

Vehicles they no longer make that I miss (and would possibly buy) if still made

Quick list. Dodge Journey, just because of the sheer utility. I love the storage cubbies and ability to transform it from a hauler to a 7-seater in seconds. Plus, it's the best-riding car I've had since my Cadillac Brougham. Say what you want, but my parents have had almost trouble-free service...

    WM Exclusive: Goodyear Reliant All-Season

I bought a set of 185/65-15s right before Thanksgiving and now have about 5500 miles on them. Very satisfied so far. They have better grip than the Continentals my Rio came with, and are not noticeably noisier. There was a little bit of a hum on wet pavement during the first few hundred miles...

    Douglas Tires anyone?

I bought Douglas All-Seasons for my wife's and daughter's cars (wife drives our '13 Hyundai Accent, daughter has '07 Ford Focus). Having had great luck from the old Xtra-Trac and Xtra-Trac IIs, I figured these would be good. WRONG. The ones on the Accent are ridiculously noisy (not that the car...

    Farm and Fleet synthetic 5w30

I don't know if Farm & Fleet sells the Prime Guard filters, but you won't be skimping if you use those. I'm completely satisfied with them in my Nissan, Hyundai and Chevy. No issues whatsoever.

Got 'em all done - my '15 Versa (74K mi) and '96 Chevy 1500 pickup (175K), and my wife's '13 Accent (96K). All of them are using Harvest King synthetic blend 5w30 with Prime Guard filters - POF4612 for both cars, POF 4011 for the truck.

hey old guys- tire checks - what do you sit on?

I use a 5-gallon bucket with a swivel seat I got at the gun shop. That's as low as I need to get most of the time. If I need to be lower, I have a smaller bucket with the same diameter that I can use. I didn't think I'd use it much, but it's been really handy.

Anyone own a Note 8? Low volume while in a call!

Mine is bad enough that I normally don't talk on it unless I use the speaker or Bluetooth in the car. I always thought it was just my hearing (which isn't good).
