CX5 turbo calls for plugs at 40,000 miles...changed mine at 39,000 and were in excellent shape..gap was still perfect and ohms were identical...next time I will wait until at least 50,000 miles..no drop in mpg from new...
it really does suck, curious if you were running oil analysis's along the way? I change oil way early but there have been enough cam failures to warrant concern.
why not 5W30? I am on 3.6 #5 and don't really see a downside to running 5W30. I am only at 28000 miles on my 2024 and have 3 jugs of 0W20 but as soon as that is gone going to go with 5w30.
just a little puddy cat....buddy and I were on an early morning hike and came across this guy and later his son got this on his door camera which was about 1/2 mile from where we came across the deer.
thru just pure dumb luck I have 3 retirements and SS, I never did a moment of financial planning and I aint none too smart and not educated. I mostly got lucky with how things worked out for me..When I was in my early 20's I didn't want to pay rent so I bought a trailer house for $12000 cash...
I have bought over 30 motorcycles and more cars and trucks over the last 50 years....never had a financial problem. I was born poor and will die poor but I sure have had my share of really nice cars, trucks and motorcycles. as the saying goes I have spent most of my money on motorcycles, cars...
mazda cx5 turbo...48000 miles, 4500 OCI, Pennzoil Ultra Platinum 5w30. OEM filter..never burned a drop..takes 5.1 quarts to put the level between the min and max on the dipstick....
on the mopar e-store you can order the 3.6 filters 68191349AC 12 for under $90 and no shipping if you pick them up at your local jeep dealer. decent deal. I have bought a few air filters off the mopar e-store and had quick turn around on shipping.
