Had a 4.6 L V8 in Lexus GX460. But now, all of my cars are forced induction and 2.0 L or less displacement.

Once my standard warranty is over, I plan to switch from 0W-20 to 0W-30 or 5W-30 since I live in warm area that doesn't snow. But OP has extended warranty from Lexus, so deviating from 0W-20 spec'ed for US Market may cause issue down the line if there is engine-related warranty repair.

In my GH Hybrid Max, I did a break-in oil change at around 900 miles with PUP 0W-20 and N1 filter. 15qt of PUP (3x 5 qt jugs) was $72 from Amazon.
