Just by look of oil on dipstick and upon draining and driving nuances it seemed just fine for the way I drive. I cut open the Donaldson oil filter and no hard carbon was seen. I personally wouldn't be comfortable driving it past 2,000 miles.

I run a mix of 1 quart HPL Engine Cleaner 30 and the rest Valvoline Restore and Protect for around 1,000 miles.
