Pennzoil conventional 10W30, the moly will help. Maxlife has moly aswell, but Pennzoil is cheaper. Then again Maxlife is thicker than regular 10W30's so I guess that might be the best bet for you.

I think that a synthetic oil, because of its molecular design is more durable than a regular conventional oil. Remember auto-rx is a cleaner, which is a good thing but it will not improve oil durability.
