Ice vehicles are already sold by the Chinese in Mexico and driven in to the U.S. regularly in border towns. We have discussed this before. Chinese EV's will be driven over here as well.

Don't think you can ge too picky with the budget you have in mind. It sounds based on your " wants" you need to triple the budget.

They turn them on-they work and seem to be fast enough for what the buyer needs. Like vehicles-they don't care what is underneath "the hood".
