How many miles should i wait after adding a bottle of fuel system cleaner to install a new e the fuel fitler?

Should i add fuel system cleaner before or after changing fuel filter?

I bought a 1994 infiniti j30 with 106k miles and have no idea if the previous owner used synthetic or regular oil so i was thinking to use a high mileage synthetic blend? what do you guys think? Also can high mileage oils cause leaks from swelling the seals up if your car is not leaking?

I wanted to know if you can tell me what are the production dates for these oils and how to read them?

My car has pennzoil synthetic blend oil 5w20 in it now but i noticed its burning oil and i need to add some so i was thinking to top it off with pennzoil high mileage synthetic blend 5w20 oil since it has some conditioners and sealers that might help. Will this be ok to do? 2002 ford mustang gt...

My car calls for 5W20 but i figured its ok to use 5W30? Its summer here so i thought it would benefit using the 30 instead of 20. Its a 2001 Ford Taurus 3.0 v6 with 127K miles and i put the Castrol High Mileage Syn Blend 5W30 in it. what do you guys think is better to use?

The Hengst air filter at the top has way more paper than the Audi brand air filter on the bottom so wouldn't less paper equal to better air flow? I have a 2006 Audi A8 4.2l
