I have a 99 I4 Camry with 158K miles that uses about 2/3 quart of oil in 3000 miles. I notice a slight puff of white smoke in the mornings at start up. Guessing the valve seals are starting to wear.
Would you add oil and extend the OCI or change the oil at 3000 miles?
I use whatever 5W30 oil...

I went with Quick Struts for my 99 I4 Camry (all 4 wheels). The struts I replaced were all original and I knew I had to replace all the components (mounts, all rubber, spring, struts). Amazon had them for a great price combined with the rebate from Monroe.

I use a "pump" from a large bottle of lotion or shampoo on my 99 Camry. Goes to the bottom of the reservoir and I can pump the old fluid into an available container.
Do you have a HF retail site near you? They are frequently on sale for $99. I have the same version in my garage for the past 3 years. Great little compressor. Use it to air up tires, 1/2" impact wrench, air ratchet, and nail guns.
