You can use a PH16 size filter. The FL1A size will sit a little below the pan and be exposed. I think that this will be about 3x as big as the 3614 size filter ..or at least 2x.
This is the size that we use on my son's 96 NEON (ST16).
In Wix it appears to puke out two different PH16 equivalents
