I change it at 5,000 OCI because of all the horror stories I have read about going by the MM. This engine is very hard on oil.

A VCMuzzler is the best thing you can do for a Honda V6, the VCM system on these is known for issues.


I've had a VCM muzzler installed since about 60,000 miles when I found out about them. It is awesome!
