Well, I haven’t watched many NASCAR races this year but we race fans are running out of live action, so I thought I’d check it out. Scintillating battle between Sadler and Byron. Old pro versus the kid. Sadler finally ran out of brains and cut down his R front running into a back marker he was trying to pass. Congrats to William Byron, series champ at age 19. Winning car owner? Dale Jr. Nice call by Rick Allen.

And the Owner's title goes to Roger Penske. Cole Custer ran an awesome race.
Nice moment with Roger Penske and Rick Hendrick on the stage. The amount of race experience with those 2 is immense.

I wonder how much Liberty U paid to make sure they "won" the championship??
Byron is an excellent driver. Cannot wait for him and bowman next season in cup. Both as good as it gets.

The 18 was blocking the 1 because the 18 was also in contention for the owner's championship. Questionable him not moving over, I can see both sides but in the grand scheme of things a racing driver is paid to finish the race in the highest position the equipment provided allows.
