Anyone have suggestions on cleaning, polishing or just applying a shine to piano black interior trim? Was considering Pledge furniture polish. Before I go this route, I thought I'd ask for some advice. Thanks

I'm assuming you're talking about unscratched vs. scratched trim which would probably take different routes / products.

I wouldn't use Pledge on glossy Piano Black trim plastic. I've found that the oils and chemicals create too many smears on plastic...not to mention a film that can be hard to remove.

A friend of mine uses a waterless car wash product ( comes in a spray bottle ) for his black plastic interior trim because it has an acrylic polymer sealant that cleans and leaves the finish without a waxy residue ( like Pledge ) that seems to have a life of its own. He uses it with a regular microfiber towel and it seems to work really well. I'm not much of a detailer but I also have piano black trim on my center console so I took some interest when I saw the result.

Meguiar's makes a quick interior detailer/cleaner that I use where I won't use 303 protectant. It doesn't add a greasy or slick residue and claims to block UV.

Sonax has a product specifically for piano black trim. https://mobile.sonax.com/Care-Tips/Caretips/(location)/44828-New-shine-for-piano-lacquer-scratch-removal-made-easy

Not sure about USA availability.
