Mobil 1 5W-20 HM No Starburst?

I picked some up today and noticed afterward that while Mobil 1 HM is now SN rated, the 5W-20 flavor doesn't have the API Starburst and doesn't seem to be "resource conserving?" Why not, most syn-blend HM oils carry the Starburst as does MaxLife Full Syn...

Neither does the M1 0-20HM.

You realize SN is a resource conserving API rating.

No, it's not. There are SN 30 grades with high HTHS, not to mention SN examples in 20w-50, SAE 40, 15w-40, 10w-40, and so forth.
