Yeah, it is a vintage Sears...made in Japan and imported by Florida Pneumatics many moons ago. No specs in OM, but a guy posting on Garage Journal asked F/P and they gave a wide range of 95-325 working torque. Another guy chimed in and said that model does not do much compared to modern ones. Not sure but am thinking 130 maybe about right.

I was about to suggest giving it a few "Ugga Duggas," but Daka Dakkas are an OK substitute.
