as subject,

can anybody suggest me the best oil for my car?
which has a specific modification such as:
1. EGR (exhaust gas recirculation) Blocked -- > it was conducted due to poor diesel fuel, only Euro II and many particulate.

2. Delete Catalytic Converter (it is a must due to the same problem with no 1 and of course i still need low emission in exhaust)

3. turbo with no intercooler--> this is standard condition from the oem.

4. High TBN (>10), High SAPS, 5w-40, long mileage (at least 10000 kilometers).

hope anyone can help me

If you can get:
Petronas Urania FE 5w30, 1.9 SA, TBN 16. Oil rated for 150k max.
Petronas Urania FE-LS 5w30, 1.0 SA, TBN 13. Oil rated for 150k with low sulphur fuel. PAO based.
Delvac1 ESP 5w40, 1.0 SA, TBN 11. PAO based.

Edit; with low quality fuel be sure to cut OCI to max 10k, and change fuel filter regularly.

thx for your suggestion.
suprisingly, in my place, there is a lot of delvac 1 esp 5w40 sold here..it is quite expensive but if i derivative from the usefulness and the condition of mine, it would be economical.

one question, what is OCI stands for?
