Looking for a spray lube for hood hinges, doors and noisy leaf springs, I'm stuck between these three:

Mac's Wet Graphite Film Lubricant
Mac's Dry Graphite Film Lubricant
Mac's Spray Grease.

I've been using WD40 or PB'laster in these apps and I've heard these are more like solvents I'm looking for something that can keep parts well lubed.

I'd look into either white lithium spray or something like a bar and chain spray with moly. Either would offer good lubricity with real staying power. Not familiar with your listed options, though.

I have used mac's multi-purpose spray lube and chainsaw bar oil before. I was impressed with both, especially when you can get them on sale. I have never tried the ones you listed but I would say, give them a try and report back to us. I don't know who Napa uses as their "Mac's" line supplier but they do seem to be good quality products. From reading the MSDS sheets, it looks like Sherwin Williams makes most of their stuff. Sherwin is a quality company and also owns the Tri-Flow lubricants brand.
