That doesnt really give you enough info. I dont even see where the injection point is or much more how it works. Looks like more of a patent for the magazine. Really just a generic picture of a shotgun. Ill take a stab and say Ithaca.

Answer: No. Browning's first hammerless pump design was licensed to Stevens and they sold it as their Model 520.
