Same here, and then it gets the lightest, and strongest 9" I can build for it with a WaveTrac road race diff.

But what are your other favorite aspects of performance mods?

I like:

Exhaust systems. Listening to almost every muffler available for the Mustang community is cool. Straight through, chambered, turbo style. I like how you can change the tone and sound of your exhaust depending on different setups.

Camshafts. How you can change the TQ/HP, rev range, sound, based on lift, duration, lobe separation.. More power down low or up high, taking advantage of differnet measuements if you have a turbo, SC...

Tires. I find it amazing how many different tread patterns there are to handle in rain, snow, performance tires, etc..

I could read this stuff for days..

What about you?
i skip the foreplay (intake, exhaust, n/a tuning, etc) and go straight to forced induction. thats how I've done it

I'd love to swap a supercharged 3800 V6 into a LeSabre. It's a direct bolt-in swap, then swap the wiring harness, PCM, and set $2k onto the side for when the regular-duty 4T65 needs rebuilding with heavier-duty components.

Power is great, except when it breaks other expensive items.
