That's what an online acquittance that I know would call a "Chinese sparkplug-shaped trinket." Along with "carburetor-shaped trinkets, etc., etc. To be fair, it could be manufactured in a lot of places.

That’s a pressed fit spark plug. Chill it with dry ice and quickly drive it in. Sad.
