YB Pennzoil /cleans up to 15% of existing deposits

I just noticed on Pennzoils web site that they claim their YB Pennzoil will clean up to 15% of existing deposits. Now that's a first. I've never heard an oil company advertise their conventional oil has "clean up" capabilities until now.
Anyone else notice that.?

It stays there waiting for you to grab PP which will clean up more than the YB will.
