Sorry haven't used any of their products. Looks like a lot of overpriced hype to me. Pretty packaging though, their graphic design team gets a big thumbs up! The lubes don't look particularly outstanding by any means. Amsoil's Euro 5w30 looks much better.
This oil and additives head office based in Kharkov Ukraine. Local and Russian website have quite opposite reviews. Some people like It, some don't. But most agree that it is costly.
I was going to buy some and to VOA, but not sure yet. I know that lots of Soviet Military chemical factories and technologies left.

Their main website says oil is made in Holland.

I have not used it,but they have full page ads in Popular Mechanics and I think Car & Driver this month.So I guess they have some money in their ad budgets ,hopefully they had some in R&D.
