No spare time really. Look at my registered date. (I just noticed yours!) I have a real job and I run two companies. I do all the normal stuff, rake leaves, fall out of trees, hike, walk the dogs, eat pho, ride my motorized bike, buy jars of vegemite and habanero sauce....I only sleep 5 hours or so. But I do force myself to get off the computer by 9 pm or so. I don't take extended vacations. I just hammer posts out in spurts.

I've been here long time too (Pabs and I around the same time) I don't have a real job (slave), don't run any thing, let the wife rake the leaves, stay away from trees, barely walk (got knee and foot problems), walk the dog, would not know what a pho is

, stay away from bikes, whatever vegemite / habanero sauce is, try to get 7 hours of sleep, on the stinking computer too much and the reason for working is vacations and only have 4k posts...

I'm jealous of Pabs... (not the PHO stuff though)

PS: I also stay away from rocks....

Pabs aka poster king sleeps only 5 hours a day? I slept 6 hours last night and I was falling asleep in my cubicle today. Hope I didn't snore.

I think pho is that nasty Vietnamese rice noodle.

Congrats to the OP for 300 posts. Stick around, and soon you'll be in the four digits before you know it!

I'm going to make one of these posts when I get to 1000.

Vietnamese noodle soup "pho" is pronounced "fa?" close to the fa in father, just drawn out a bit as if asking a question. faa?

It is quite simply a delicious bowl of lightly spiced beef broth, your choice of beef cut sliced thin (brisket, others), excellent rice noodles, with some toppings of your choice. I'm not sure why the young guy wouldn't like it. I've been dining on pho since about 1978 when the Vietnamese population in Garden Grove (OC) California really started to grow. Some do the broth way better than others. Than (pr. Tawn) Brothers is a good place in the Seattle area, and we have a local family place in Duvall which also makes a great broth.

I should have more posts since I work from home in front of my computer all day..

I have to admit, I've learned a lot on these forums the past couple of years.

Bill, you like my registration date!!

vietnamese food is amazing.. I lived in Montreal for a decade and had the pleasure of being exposed to a whole lot of different food. I've never been the same since
