Wix Panel Filter Has Voids In Media

The light test isn't always the most accurate or useful way to evaluate an air filter but, heck, you could see into the girls locker room thru voids like that. I'm with edge 10... looks like a defective filter to me.

it appears that the outer areas of the filter were damaged buy rubbing in the cardboard container possibly. Maybe the filter has been bouncing around in the back of a delivery truck. Why not contact WIX by phone and discuss it with them?
