Why not just go to Carquest or NAPA instead? The Carquest Premium and NAPA Gold filters are identical to Wix in every respect except for the paint job on the canister.

Could someone tell me the Canadian Tire locations in the Toronto area that stock Wix oil filters or will order them? I understand from a previous posting that some do. The Barrie locations aren't interested....still pushing Quaker State and Fram, but I was surprised to see Amsoil motor oil on the shelves there. $12.75 for the 0/40 if I remember the price correctly. I think they'd move a quality oil filter quicker!!

All CT stores are able to order them for you. It depends if the parts counter sales guy want to go look it up and order it for you. I usually go for the parts manager and ask him to order it for me.
