Wix filter - inside contamination?

Unfortunately, its the new normal for filters coming from Wix and Purolator, generally from the Fayetteville NC facility. Toss it or return it.

It's not your Fathers Wix anymore, unfortunately just a known brand being used to sell a cheapened product. Even NAPA went elsewhere......
