I did a search and didn't see any info on a Wix 51060Xp or Napa platinum 41060. These both look like an upgraded standard WIX 51060. Has anyone run them on a small block Chevy?
I just saw something that compared then and yeah the standard actually filters more! That's crazy. I guess I'll go with the standard 51060.Wix XP are rock catchers, the standard wix are better filters.
Standard WIX it is. Thanks everyoneUnless you're running super long intervals, just go for the standard Wix.
Looks like they’re redesigning the stickers for the filters. Maybe the protec will be easier to find soon.
Uh-oh, I tow in hot conditions running a Wix Gold! My engine's gonna die!! Brought to you by the company (Mann & Hummel) that said the Bosch DISTANCE PLUS couldn't go farther than 3000 miles-so full of it...
And has extremely poor efficiency... And they know how to build a decent full syn media filter (Puro Boss, formerly Synthetic), they just assume their customers don't know any better.Wix XP has stronger media that resists tearing
