Windshield washer fluid frozen

I've added a little bit of rubbing alcohol to windshield fluid before and it worked well.

There are two kinds of rubbing alcohol. 70% and 90%.
I'd use the 90% if needed. Less water in the mix.

yeah mine froze solid...I drove it around and the heat of the engine compartment thawed it, I then squirted it all out and added new fluid. I tihnk the guy at the service station filled it with water instead of washer fluid, because where I live it never drops below 25F ever.
