Win. Live Mail stopped sending

My Win Live Mail stopped sending. I get the following message. How can I fix it? Thanks much for any help.

The connection to the server has failed.

Subject 'Test sending Iceman'
Server: 'smtp.comcast.net'
Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x800CCC0E
Protocol: SMTP
Port: 25
Secure(SSL): No
Socket Error: 10060

Did you not receive an email from Comcast stating that you need to switch ports? Something about port 25 not being safe. Give them a call (or maybe even surf through their site for instructions on how to change to the correct port).

I did it about a month ago or so with my Mozilla Thunderbird Mail app that's routed through Comcast.
 
When I set up my Dell PC with Live Mail Cox Internet had a page on their website showing what domain name and port to use for both incoming and outgoing mail. I'm sure Comcast has a similar page. I know for Cox the ports were different depending upon whether or not you checked the SSL box on Live Mail setup.
