Will 5W-20 in a KIA sportage kill it?

1. At least in the case of my Elantra, the recommendation is to use thicker oils. How many companies still recommend 10w40? Hyundai does. The Sportage engine is probably a lot cruder than the Elantras. For this reason, I'd certainly not go to a lighter oil than recommended.

2. Why not give us a UOA with the Ford and the 5w20? I find the constant posting of Mobil and Amsoil tests repetitive and boring. Rather than speculating on Coastal let's see data.

Will do but It will probably be 3-4 months down the road.
