Will 2015 Avalon w/nav require radio code(s) after battery disconnect?

My wife's Avalon is having an issue where the microphone in the car does not seem to be picking up sound very well. Even with her speaking loudly and clearly towards the microphone location she can barely be heard. We have tried adjusting all settings we could find in the car for the microphone as well as on her phone. Tried disconnecting and deleting the profiles on the car and phone and then reconnecting as well with no luck.

I found a video on youtube by the Car Care Nut who suggested disconnecting the battery overnight to reset the systems, but after a bad experience tracking down radio codes for my old Acura, I am concerned that the radio on her Avalon might also ask for codes that weren't provided with the car.

We have a 2015 Avalon. I have changed the battery and it did not cause any problems with the hands free communication system or any other settings.

That is good to hear. Do you happen to know about how long you had the battery disconnected when you replaced it?

I ask because the video I watched said it would take a minimum of 30 minutes, but recommended to leave disconnected overnight to ensure the systems reset.

Thanks.
