Who wants to be my neighbor?

Realtors that take pictures with HDR (High Dynamic Range) should be taken into the half-bathroom and hit with a sock full of batteries.

Place looks like it has decent views, but that's just myself speaking from the most forested state in the nation.

The upstairs is hideous, with stained pine walls and plastic Pergo flooring.

Wonder if this was someone's retirement home. Someone with bad taste but dreams and money.

Lots of stuff looks straight from Home Depot. A "boob" ceiling lamp installed on a wall.

No garage.

I know it's California law to have a fluorescent light in the kitchen but this looks a little institutional. And the theme of the granite/marble countertop falls apart at the bathroom and its cheap synthetic material.

Is it sided with T1-11? Is that normal out there?

The Garvee mini-split is the cheapo choice, I know b/c I own two. 😁 They didn't wrap the lineset but at least they painted it.

Seems like a lot for the money.
The main house looks nicely finished if poorly decorated.
The MIL house needs some work, but nothing too bad.
The location does pretty much suck, but the right buyer might like it that way.
It will take a very specific buyer to bite on this property.

California as it currently is? No thanks.

As for the house, I like exploring dirt roads out away from civilization, in or on an appropriate vehicle. But to have to travel on them every time I want to go home, or leave the house, would suck in our fun cars and on the sportbikes.
