Who makes Yamalube 2M TC-W3?

It is not an off-the-shelf oil that has been relabled. It is a proprietary Yamaha formula that is blended and bottle per their specs.

Citgo makes it to their specifications.

And it's very, very good oil--better than the other OEM manufacturers' oils.

And Citgo is owned by the government of Venezuela. Don't you love it that the profits derived go to their new President--after the recent death of their dictator.

I would strongly disagree. Yamalube is ok, but not great. It tends to be a smoky oil that leads a decent amount of carbon buildup. there are much better options. Many have had much better results with evinrude xd-50, penzoil semi synthetic, starbrite/west marine oil. etc.

imo, yamalube ranks at the bottom
