Bosch Premium 3330. Good filter for the price. Second the Mann 1003, basically a Puro Clasic. If you want an Excellent filter that will give you a long OCI 10-15K or two OCI's 5-7.5K go w/ the Bosch Distance Plus. I have cut one open and was very impressed only a 5K OC) it could have gone much longer IMO. Just my

What OCI do you plan to run?

For ~7500/1year the Bosch Prem.

Fram XG good for 10k/1yr OCI, good filter.

Bosch Distance Plus only if you plan on doing a long (~15k/1year) OCI.

First choice for me using those listed only, Bosch Premium for up to 7500/1year OCI, for $3.89.

The Mann is intriguing, at Rock says it has a silicone adbv, makes me wonder if it's similar now to a P1. If so, good price.

Sure am glad the orange can includes a gasket.

Mann ML1005 is about 1.2" longer than Mann ML1003. I use it on LS400. Bosch 3422 is similar size with Mann ML1005.

Mann is pretty much Purolator Classic. Bosch is basically a PureOne.
Purolator products, Wix, Fram XG, K&N or Mobil 1 are good. Pick one I guess.

Okayyy, a 9 year old thread resurrected to quote some information. As with much in life, things change in 9 years including OF information and opinion. Specifically for the XG, now a 20k mile rated filter.
