Which Grease for Headset/Bottom Bracket Bearings?

I'm about to rebuild my commuter bike since it's in dire need of some TLC. It's an old 80s mountain bike so it has non cartridge bearings for the headset and bottom bracket. I've got an array of greases I can use and didn't want to buy a specific Calcium Sulfonate grease for this. Which of these would be best for this sort of use?

Yamalube (Moly Grease)
Honda Poly Urea grease
Castrol Tribol 400-3 PD
Valvoline 985 Synthetic multipurpose
Superlube w/ PTFE

I've got brake bushings/posts, headset bearings, friction shifter internals, and BB bearings to re lube.
Which one of these would work best and resist washout/corrosion over time?

You know they probably all would work but I would use the Superlube

If it has rolling element bearings, I’d strongly recommend the poly urea grease.

I use Lucas Xtra, one of their few products I use.

I use Lucas Xtra, one of their few products I use.

It's good grease. I bought two tubes a week ago but had to rummage since home depot still somehow had the old non HPM and the new HPM. Not a lucas fan but I need a lower vis base oil grease for wheel bearings, electric motor bearings and sealed joints to inject with a small needle since it pumps easy but has great load carrying capacity. For zerk joints I use blaster heavy duty 460 cst. Good stuff I just don't like the plastic tube since it got stuck in one of of my guns and took a while to remove. Haven't tried it in the others but they're a tad wider with the caliper so I'll use it in them.

NLGI #2 is good for load bearing applications for bottom brackets, headsets & wheel bearings.
NLGI #1 is better for low-load applications like freewheel hub bearings.

The green stuff meets lubed-for-life requirements for sealed bearings, that’s a pretty good endorsement IMO.

Yeah I saw that along with 4x life which I'd expect from a polyurea grease. I'm not a fan of John Deere but their polyurea grease is one of the best I've used. But it's nice to be able to get something that's HPM and high load and low temp rated locally available for under 10. I wish more greases had HPM.

I've used super lube on a lot of bikes and it works great. Very weather resistant. A polyurea is a great choice in general but i cant speak for that one either way. I like the Lucas Extra HD for headsets and BBs and started using Black Pearl EP1 for hubs.

My son's raced both mountain and road bikes in college. One went to Ft. Lewis College in Durango, Co (national champions countless times in both disciplines) and Colorado State (a consistent top ten team). The only grease they used for everything is Phil Waterproof Grease (developed by bikers for bikers). Tenacious stuff (also green) that will stick to anything.

Should be any NGLI #2 with good water washout resistance and EP property. Boat trailer wheel bearing grease has especially good washout resistance.
Walmart's red EP Multi-duty Complex stuff is decent. Phil Wood is overpriced.

Seems like the Honda or the Superlube work well. I'm trying not to buy another tube of grease so I'll stick to what I have.
I think everything on that list is NLHI #2 except the Castrol which is NLGI #3.
