Which cars do you wish that had a 2-dr coupe ?

My sister had one of those. It survived her bad driving habits, 4 accidents (only one was her fault) for 4 years and well over 100K miles and was still running perfectly when she traded it on a '95 Altima. Sweet little car - too bad the Corolla is nothing but a toaster now. That SR-5 had character. That was the car that helped her decide on a Tacoma when she decided she wanted a truck. My sister has been VERY car-lucky.

i'll second the charger.i keep waiting on one of the car shows to alter one of the 4 door chargers(magnum sedans).if dodge had any sense it could be easily done.elimnate the rear door,at about a third of the way back where the door was start sloping the roof down towards the trunk--voila---a 2 door fastback charger.
instead they listened to that german moron who had no respect for u.s. auto history.

Maybe they knew way back then that they were going to build a Challenger. No room in the stable for two identically engineered big coupes.

+1 They were a neat car. Reliable, decent handling, and good MPG.

+1

And Subaru needs to bring back the WRX coupe (92-00 era) and bring it to the U.S.

Honda seems to do fairly well with the Civic coupe and I've been seeing a few Kia Forte' Koups around. There are buyers for it.

I was thinking the same thing.

If I was in the market for a commuter car just for me, the Forte coupe is one I would take a good look at.

I really wished the Malibu and Fusion were available in a 2dr like the Accord and Altima. I wished all cars smaller than fullsize/large size were available in 2drs. this is the way it use to be.

I wanted the same thing until they came out with the Challenger. That has satisfied me for modern Mopar muscle.

x2.

I'd love to see a two door Ford SUV again. They used to have an awesome SUV lineup in the '80s and '90s. Too bad they only sell fat station wagons now.

I always thought the Bronco II was way more interesting than the Explorer Sport/Mazda Navajo.
I know the Explorer Sport/Navajo was a better more stable vehicle and didn't have that expensive CV driveshaft and head cracking 2.9 V6 that plagued the Bronco II, but the Bronco II seemed more like the original Bronco to me.

It would have been really cool with a 302....
