Where to recycle lithium lawn mower batteries?

I've got some lithium lawn mower batteries that I no longer have a use for and was wondering where to send them for disposal.

I believe Walmart, Lowes and Home Depot will recycle them for you.

The mower ( Greenworks 40v twin force ) lasted 10 years. It doesn't power up anymore.The batteries are still fully functional.
