I cant find GL4 75w90 oil over the counter!!! any ideas? I can only find GL5 stuff!

I find Red Line MT-90 over the counter. Try a local speed shop, not your regular auto parts store. Or go to the dealer and buy the OEM stuff, if you don't mind bleeding.
I use Pennzoil Synthetic GL-4 75w-90 . Good stuff

I just checked out the Valvoline 75w-90, and it seems to be dual rated GL4/GL5.
Seems like a lot of gear oils are that way now.

Yep, the GL4/5 dual rating is an attempt to reduce inventory.
However, many manf. still specify a GL4 MT lubricant.
