Where Is Bleeder?

On the back of the cylinder, just like any other vehicle.

I think he means the clutch slave cylinder, not a wheel cylinder. Having said this, the bleeder would be very close-by the cylinder, as you point out.

I think its recommended to pressure or vacuum bleed those.. or even reverse bleed.. I cant recall.
 
I may be wrong but look on the side of the transmission where the line goes into the bell housing and you will the fitting next to it about an inch away, its on another line coming off the slave just for this reason.
Edit: You may find it helps if you raise the car with a jack on the side the front of the engine is on (usually the right) this will allow air to rise to the bleeder.

First find out if the slave cylinder is an internal or external position in the trans. You cal also just trace the fluid line to trans housing and look for the nipple. It is probably going to need the reverse flushing procedure.
 
My wife;s 2002 Ford F250 with the manual trans and the 7.3 engine didn't have a bleeder in the Clutch hydraulic system,

Its internal, I have seen the same or similar on a Mazda.
